Luke Combs Teases New Heartfelt Ballad 'Love You Anyway'

Luke Combs has done it again. The country star shared a preview of a new song he's been working on that'll rip your heart to pieces.

The song, "Love You Anyway" finds Combs singing about a man who loves a woman so much despite the heartache and pain she's caused him. No matter how bad she hurt him, he'd do it all again because that's how true his love for her is.

"If your kiss turned me to stone / I'd be a statue standing tall in ancient Rome," Combs sings at the beginning of the song. "If your touch, shattered me like glass / I'd be in pieces trying to make the breaking last."

Later in the track, Combs sings in the chorus, "Theres just some things that leave a man no choice / Like a compass needle needin' its true north / Even if I knew the day we met you'd be the reason this heart breaks / oh I'd love you anyway."

Combs shared a clip of the new track on Instagram on Tuesday (February 25). "'Love You Anyway,'" he wrote in the caption adding, "Workin on some songs with @thebrothershunt and @rayfulchermusic."

At this time, there's no word on a release date or any specific plans for the new song. However, there is a chance that fans at Combs' live shows might get to hear "Love You Anyway."

Combs is currently out on the road for his "What You See Is What You Get Tour." The tour officially launched on February 7 in Columbia, MO. Just last week, he announced an extension of the tour which added an additional 19 dates.

The current leg of the tour runs through early July. Accompanying Combs' on the road is Ashley McBryde and Drew Parker. Both opening acts will return in the fall along with songwriter, Ray Fulcher.

Tickets to the tour are on sale now, however the newly announced shows don't go on sale until Friday, February 28. See all scheduled cities and dates here.
