More than 100 skydivers ages 60 and up attempt world record

A group of skydivers in California, 60 years of age and older, just attempted to set a world record for the largest free fall. The current one stands at 75 participants and was set in Illinois in 2015.

The group of 107 members call themselves Skydivers Over Sixty (SOS) and almost broke the record, but uncooperative weather resulted in several cancelled attempts. They had one attempt that almost broke the record but according to the group's president ""One person was out of formation."
