Hey everyone!
I’m Kyle Dean and my journey through radio has been a fun ride!
I grew up in small town North Dakota and consider the Minot area my hometown. My passion for broadcasting started when I was 9-years old when I was a “weather kid” at a local TV station in Minot. My first radio gig was my senior year in high school at Clear Channel Radio (now iHeartMedia) in Minot.
After graduating from Minot State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting, I worked full-time as a Sports Director at a couple radio stations: Harvey, ND and Jamestown, ND. My wife and I moved back to Minot when we had our first child to be close to family. For a few years, I worked at Minot State in Enrollment Services traveling around the United States and Canada recruiting students for Minot State.
This has led me to my next chapter in my career: Mornings on 910 AM KCJB! You can listen to "The Morning Caffeine with Kyle Dean" from 6 AM - 9 AM.
